Quality commitment
Philosophy
As producers of organic wines ourselves, we prioritise organic producers. Of the wineries that do not grow their vines organically, we give preference to those that, where possible, avoid the use of chemicals.
We choose these wineries on the basis, partly of the size of their vineyards, but mainly of their production philosophy.
We prioritise those which carry out regular quality control and those which have vineyards large enough that they can emphasise quality over quantity.
We have a direct relationship with these producers and we try to regularly visit most of the wineries to carry out on-site checks on the quality of their wines and their personal commitment.
